California Economic Development Partnership
On November 29, 2005, Governor Schwarzenegger established the California Economic Development Partnership, an interagency Cabinet team, to coordinate all of the State government economic development activities. The Partnership brings together State Administration resources (org chart) in collaboration with regional and local economic development organizations and other public and private expert resources to retain, expand and attract jobs in California. This interagency Cabinet team includes the Business, Transportation & Housing Agency, California Department of Food & Agriculture, and the California Labor & Workforce Development Agency (roles, responsibilities, and current activities).
