California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley

In June 2005, Governor Schwarzenegger established the California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley. This partnership includes eight state government, eight local government and eight private sector members. The main purpose of the partnership is to develop a Strategic Action Proposal by October 31, 2006, that will provide recommendations to improve the economic conditions of the Valley.
