Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger
March 29, 2006
After holding a roundtable with women business leaders in Bakersfield, CA, Governor Schwarzenegger signed Executive Order S-02-06 on March 29, 2006. To assist the administration in meeting or exceeding the state small business participation goals in procurement and contracting, the Governor asked all agencies to identify a Small Business Advocate. This advocate will work to increase opportunities for small business in the agency and departments.
